Damages and issues
We do our best to pack your items with care, but occasionally, (thankfully, very rarely), things happen.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are defective or damaged, so that we can replace those products.  If there is damage, please take a photograph and email it to us at deg13103@yahoo.com, which will help us if we need to file a claim with the shipping provider.
